Hi, I’m Lyndsay
If you are anything like me, at some point in your journey you have experienced overwhelm, doubt, perfectionism, procrastination, or feeling stuck or unmotivated. If so, you are in the right place! As your coach, I will help you discover ways to more fully live your authentic, creative life.

The Kaizen-Muse Coaching Method

“Kaizen” is a Japanese word for continuous improvement made through small steps. “Muse” represents the creative approach to self-talk, mindfulness, and intuition that serve creativity more than fear, ego, and high pressured goals. Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coaching (founded by Jill Badonsky) incorporates the dynamics of how humans approach the creative process, in order to make continuous improvement through small steps in any creative endeavor.

As as creativity coach, I am your guide. Together we’ll explore ways to overcome blocks, explore what works for you, and take measurable steps in every session. Sessions are one-on-one, low-pressure, and empowering.
